As a seasoned nurse practitioner in family medicine for over 13 years, I know the value of quality care and the lack of time in the modern medical model. That's why I allow ample time for you to feel
heard and appreciated.

I believe the best health outcomes are achieved through a collaborative approach with active participation in your healing journey. I will work closely with you to develop a customized treatment plan, empowering you with the knowledge and tools to take charge of your health.
I am a descendant of over 4 generations of West Virginians and I love this beautiful state! In fact, I probably bleed blue and gold! I am married to my best friend living a great life on a small piece of land with our dog and chickens. We enjoy all the seasons and their associated activities offered to us living in West Virginia!
As a young child, I knew I wanted to take care of people and heal their bodies, especially mommas and littles. As a teenager, I found nursing to be my calling. I graduated from Fairmont State University with my Associate & Bachelor degrees in nursing, but I felt I wanted more out of this role. So I pursued a Master's Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating from West Virginia University. I have spent over 2 decades caring for patients and families in family healthcare environments.
In 2020, the world came to a screeching halt and the medical field was forever changed. I never dreamt medical providers would be working remote doing telehealth visits with patients for regular medical care. I was bewildered to say the least. This lead me to the realization that I was made for more--there had to be a better way. People needed what I had to offer and true healing-something the current medical system was not providing. Thus, I made the leap to return to the virtual classroom to achieve my Traditional Naturopath certification. I wanted to gain the knowledge and skillset to offer holistic healing options to my clients while still addressing their medical needs. Thus I feel an integrative, functional medicine approach is best--after all, I am on a mission to heal the women of the world-naturally!
